[Maine-birds] Maine Birders Sighted in Brazil

My husband and I spent 3 weeks in Brazil's Cerrado & Pantanal areas, I birding, my husband watching me bird. It was great.
On our last night in the Pantanal, a group of American birders arrived at the lodge at which we were staying.  They included a number of charming Mainers and New Hampshirites just beginning their adventure.  While I have forgotten their names, they are known to Marie Jordan and Pat Monaghan and were a pleasure to meet.  I'm hoping that their trip was as great as ours.  And if they read this, yes, I did get the Harpie Eagle chick in Serra Das Araras!  She was stunning, a true angel of death, all white & silver.
Also if anyone is looking for a great birding guide in Brazil - ours was truly amazing.  A Canadian who has lived and guided in Brazil for 8 years and just fantastic. Can't say enough good things about him.  I'd be happy to pass on his contact info to anyone interested.
