[Maine-birds] Rough-legged - Cousins River, Yarmouth

Had a good but brief view of a rough-legged hawk as it kited over the cousins River. I was able to pull over at the hotel on the freeport side of the river and get binoculars on it before it flew over the woods behind the hotel. Thought it might be heading up the coast but couldn't relocate at Winslow Park in Freeport.
