[Maine-birds] 2+ White-faced Ibis, Scarborough Marsh, 5/1am

Hi all,

I am currently viewing two spiffy adult WHITE-FACED IBIS with about 80 Glossies along the west side of Rte 1/9 in the middle of the marsh's western end.

Meanwhile, I lost track of a third bird when they were flushed by a Peregrine Falcon, that suggested either a hybrid or a subadult White-faced (needed a better, longer look without heat shimmer).

There's really no good way to view these birds when they are here. I first parked in the IF&W parking lot on the east side, then walked up the edge of the marsh, staying behind the guard rail, and viewing across the highway. I prefer Dunstan Landing or Pelreco!
