[Maine-birds] Abadagasset River Mouth this aft: Am. Bittern

Hi all -- I found a circuitous and much more interesting route to Portland this afternoon, leaving from Mt. Desert Island. Stopped briefly around 3:30 pm at the Abadagasset River Mouth, Merrymeeting Bay. 2 Great Blues (one in flight, one perched in the marsh), and then one very startled Am. Bittern who flushed out from nearly underfoot as I approached the bank.
