Hi everyone,
Earlier today I found 2 Orange-crowned Warblers in the far southeastern corner of Saxl Park in Bangor. Curiously, they were feeding (couldn't tell on what) roughly 30 feet up in a row of scotch pines. Apparently Orange-crowneds don't shy away from using pines, but the vast majority of my observations of this species have been of them feeding much lower to the ground, usually on plants like goldenrod.Maine birds mailing list
