Update: The landowner, Jim came out to talk with me and his primary concern is people's safety as he has several bulls on the property. In addition, a double parked car forced a school bus to drive almost into the ditch. He's a nice guy who loves wildlife. He just requests that people avoid going onto his property and that they be respectful and avoid blocking the road.
Happy birding!

He is going to submit an eBird report with the exact location and details on the Maine Rare Bird Alert Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1526479937628399/ but I'll crosspost any updates here as well.
Good birding,
