[Maine-birds] Red Crossbills, Damariscotta Mills, 3/27, 2:30 PM

While trying to find a good view of the ducks on the newly open Great Salt Bay, I saw 8 Red crossbills in the white pines at the intersection of route 215 and the train tracks. There were females and 1st year males. They stuck around for a few minutes and then took off.
