Hit Biddeford Pool near 7th St beach for a little peek yesterday. Low numbers for this spot but there were the usual Semiplalmated Plovers and Sandpipers a few Sanderlings and one Spotted Sandpiper. A handful if Terns too. Two Red-Necked Grebes continue where 5th St meets the ocean.
On the way home I got some great views of an adult Peregrine perching on the old brick smokestack at the North Dam Mill.
One last bird related discovery is that starting this Wednesday at 8PM, PBS will air 6 episodes of Nature specifically about birds.
