[Maine-birds] YELLOW-BILLED LOON, Ellsworth, 7/17

Hi all,
Like me, you may have seen the eBird report of a Yellow-billed Loon on Green Lake in Hancock County (Ellsworth) reported to eBird today.

You probably had a similar gut reaction.

Then, this evening, Jeff Gordon sent me the photo (from "a friend of a friend"). Uh yeah, so there's an adult YELLOW-BILLED LOON on Green Lake in Ellsworth.

I have no other details at this time.
