We had two puffin/tropicbird trips the last two Tuesdays. On the fourth there were three razorbills left, but yesterday there were none. Both trips had 100s of storm-petrels, many flocks of phalaropes, a handful of gannets, one greater shearwater, and one close up view of an Oceanic Sunfish. The tropicbird was not seen on the last two trips make us 50-50 because of weather (tropicbird likes sunny weather so keep in mind if doing this trip next year). Probably 80 puffins still hanging around the island, along with the great cormorants. There is a trip going out on the 18th to see lighthouses, including Matinicus Rock, so hopefully more than one shearwater out that way.
