[Maine-birds] Baird's sandpipers, Lubec

I checked out the South Lubec sandbar this afternoon about one hour before high tide.  There were ~500 peeps feeding and roosting near the wrack line. The highlights included two Baird's sandpipers feeding together, a single whimbrel, and two pectoral sandpipers. Here's a photo of the Baird's sandpipers.
