[Maine-birds] Tuckahoe Turf Farm, Berwick,, road closed, birds

For those who might want to venture over and look for the killdeer and least
sandpiper convention at Tuckahoe Turf Farm the Hubbard road is closed
between Berwick and the Farm. From Berwick, get onto Pine hill Rd., than to
Ridlon Rd.. Or Rt 202 to Hubbard Rd. The farm is at 305 Hubbard Rd.
Berwick, ME. Ridlon Rd. runs into Hubbard about 2 miles north of the Farm.
A short cut is to take Keay road from Ridlon to Hubbard.
Next week AMERICN GOLDEN-PLOVERS usually show up, and into Oct. Also
PECTORAL SANDPIPERS. The LEAST SANDPIPERS are still there.
Please do not even think about driving on the grass. I try to go only
after 5 PM and or on weekends to make sure I stay out of their way.
Happy birding
