Spotted from Prouts Neck across from the Post Office at 11:50 am today. Prouts Neck is at the end of Black Point rd in Scarborough. You can not park on the rd as police patrol this area and you most likely will get a ticket. Stop and scan the bay then keep moving. You can park at the beach off Ferry rd which is on the right as you go down Black Pt rd. if you do park there you would half to walk along the beach and would need a scope .
