[Maine-birds] Franklin's Gull yes

At around 12:15 we saw the bird off of Barrows Point Road. The bird was on the bar off of the boat ramp. The bird flew, but we did not relocate it. 

We ran into two birders that said they saw it off of the same road at around 9:30.
