[Maine-birds] New Sweden: Pine grosbeaks

My neck of the woods has been sparse this year with winter birds of any kind.  The first American goldfinches showed up last week and a single Junco appeared yesterday.  We've had a female Northern Cardinal regularly since early December.

Today, though, we nearly ran over 3 Pine grosbeaks feeding on a snow-covered road near the house. I'm sure of one female, but the light was such that I'm not positive on the other two.

"I before E, except after C". Weird, huh?
