[Maine-birds] NO Painted Bunting, Mt Vernon

Peggy Blair and I watched the feeders for two hours on North Road, Mt. Vernon for the reported Painted Bunting from 2:10 - 4:10 this afternoon, to no avail.  We were joined for the second hour by Don and Nan Mairs and the homeowner. She had not been home for much of the day, so could not confirm if the bird had been seen since late yesterday - January 4th.

 

Please report any succesful attempts. (or not...)
