The bird was under a large tangle along the fence line. I walked in by the small building and waited. Birds started coming back in and this was one of the first. It hung around long enough for a couple of awful photos and then melted away into the growth.
There was also what appeared to be a red-shouldered hawk in the field like lot overlooking the water on Samoset drive. It disappeared quickly though so I am not 100%. If you stop for a chat though, keep an eye out!
