Shiloh's photograph of the Saw-Whet Owl is on page B-5 of today's (March 1) Maine Sunday Telegram, in an article about the tough winter and its effect on wildlife. I wondered if the recent appearances of these little owls was a sign that they are troubled by the weather. Sadly, it looks like they are.
