[Maine-birds] Black-bellied Plovers- Biddeford Pool

We were pleased to discover shorebirds along the edge of the marsh near what used to be Hattie's, on Milestretch Rd. in Biddeford Pool, late this afternoon. They turned out to be Black-bellied Plovers. Some were at the edge on the water, but I counted 19 in the marsh area itself, to the left, not far from the road.
They were full breeding- plumaged birds, striking to see, even though not rare.

Also there were two egrets, not seen well enough to determine whether Snowy or Great.
