RE: [Maine-birds] Peregrine

Similar battle yesterday evening – took place near the A1 Diner in Gardiner, watched from the bridge at a red light. Afterwards, the falcon perched on a telephone pole, so I drove down around under the bridge and parked, and watched it for a few minutes. Tried to get a few pics with my phone, but I'm sure they don't do the bird justice.

I watched an epic battle between a peregrine falcon and a pigeon near the armory on Western Avenue in Augusta today at 2:40pm. The pigeon did well for the first four passes, but not so well on the fifth. I'm not sure how to eBird the result. Do I enter the falcon and pigeon, and then subtract the pigeon?
