Here is a list of some of the birds I saw, yesterday, May 17 on the Owlsboro Road in Dexter and today, May 18 on the Recreational Trail north from Corinna:
-- Canada Goose; Double-crested Cormorant; American Bittern; Osprey; Bald Eagle; Broad-winged Hawk; American Kestrel; Solitary Sandpiper; Belted Kingfisher; Yellow-bellied Sapsucker; Northern flicker; Least Flycatcher; Eastern Kingbird; Warbling Vireo; Red-eyed Vireo; Veery; Gray Catbird; Yellow Warbler; Pine Warbler; American Redstart; Ovenbird; Common Yellowthroat; Yellow-rumped Warbler; Savannah Sparrow; Song Sparrow; Swamp Sparrow;Northern Cardinal; Baltimore Oriole; American Goldfinch.
Today I also checked in on the Purple Martins in Corinna. Also today I heard Pied-billed Grebe and Hermit Thrush.
