[Maine-birds] Double-crested Cormorant---big movement today?

Did anyone else in Cumberland County or elsewhere tune in a huge movement of cormorants this morning?

I saw several hundred in a few loose flocks flying northward above the Fore River, Portland, about 7:15 this morning.  When I got to Grondin Pond in SoPo, there were 1,000 +/- there in a dense, long string on the water.  And as I was leaving perhaps another 500 dropped in from the northwest.

The only comparable numbers in Vickery (2020) are "2,500 flying north off Biddeford, 28 Apr 1985 (P. Cross)" and "~1,000 at Sewall Beach, 2 May 1993 (PDV, eBird)."
