Hi all,

Just a handful of sightings of note from me, in addition to what I reported here, for the past seven days:
- 20 Semipalmated Sandpipers (FOY), Wolfe's Neck Farm, Freeport, 5/26 (with Saturday Morning Birdwalk Group).
- 1 Black-billed Cuckoo, Wolfe's Neck Farm, 5/26 (with Saturday Morning Birdwalk Group).
- 3 drake NORTHERN SHOVELERS, Eastern Road Trail, Scarborough Marsh, 5/29 (with Jeannette).
- 5 Red Knots, 127 Black-bellied Plovers, 49 Short-billed Dowitchers, 38 Ruddy Turnstones, etc, Pine Point, Scarborough, 5/29 (with Jeannette and Cameron Cox).
- 2 CASPIAN TERNS, Ferry Beach, Scarborough, 5/29 (with Cameron Cox).
- 2 Black-billed Cuckoos, Pennellville Road, Brunswick, 5/30 (with special Leica Day Wednesday Morning Birdwalk group).
- 1 Olive-sided Flycatcher (FOY), Evergreen Cemetery, Portland, 5/31 (with Cameron Cox).
- 1 EVENING GROSBEAK (FOY), Evergreen Cemetery, 5/31 (with Cameron Cox),

Corrigenda:
Please forgive my use of all caps for the single White-rumped Sandpiper that I reported on Wednesday at Wharton Point.  In my excitement of the ridiculously copperative nature of this bird - only the second one I've had in spring at this location - I believe I overstated the rarity of the sighting.  A review of my notes suggested it was probably not as worthy of such emphasis - but still worthy of such joy.
