Amid the wide spread reports of many migrants, we remain quite quiet.
Most notable recent arrivals: Numerous FLICKERS on Sunday & Monday; joining a single GRACKLE & 4 COWBIRDS about a dozen RED WINGED BLACKBIRDS are around today (Tuesday); a good influx of WHITE THROATED SPARROWS overnight; 2 WHITE CROWNED SPARROWS and a large arrival of SAVANNAH SPARROWS, including lots of pale individuals. Also with the other sparrows are a few SWAMP SPARROWS & a couple CHIPPING SPARROWS.
PURPLE SANDPIPERS have almost completely gone but HARLEQUINS are holding at around 2 dozen.
