[Maine-birds] webber pond, bremen

  on Thursday had a good view of an osprey with a fish, on saturday a gb heron flew low across the yard, yesterday a beautiful mature eagle flew

 along the shore (the geese responded noisily, the crows chased it a bit)--the goldfinches are brightening up, and the purple finch is lovely--I've seen a few ducks--wood duck pair, hooded merganser, etc. but not as many as usual--
