just back from a walk along the cove, and surprised to see a handsome pintail at the marsh edge, feeding with the american blacks, mallards and a hybrid blackXmallard. lived in the hood for 4 years and this is my first pintail on the cove. it was at the base of Codman Street if anybody wants to grab a look. just 25 feet off the path.
