I finally got in on the pine grosbeak action. There were four in the fruit trees along the access road between Lowe's and Best Buy in Augusta this am.
This afternoon there were 11 in one of the fruit trees across from the Colby field house. This is the same tree where I saw a horde of Bohemian waxwings last year. Wonder if the grosbeaks will share.
