[Maine-birds] 1000 Common Eider

While on a barge going from Rockland to Cow Island near Marshall Pt, I decided to check out the common eider population.
Mostly had small groups of 4 to 20 birds until coming to the Eastern shore of Cow Island.
There was a flock of 6 to 700 eiders. The largest flock that I have seen in the past few years.
