Today's tally was 70 species, including three warbler types - yellow-throated warbler and a yellow-breasted chat at Samoset Resort; also a pine warbler across town. As with the Pemaquid-Damariscotta count, winter finches were in extremely short supply. A Count Week snowy owl was seen yesterday on the breakwater.
