I found Ring-billed Gull BT99 with Great Black-backed Gull 3Z9, by the boat ramp near the East End Beach, Portland, Maine 12-14-2016. Details of when and where they were banded are on my Flickr page with photos. Both sightings have been reported to the people who banded them.
