One of the two drake Ring-neck Ducks continues in the Presumpscot River, a little ways above the falls. Also of note in the area was a Winter Wren and a Barred Owl that was calling as I made my way out of the preserve. You can access this preserve off of Curtis Rd or Summit St. in Portland. The falls and the trail that leads you there is worth it on its own!

eBird checklist here;

Happy winter birding!
