Late afternoon wander around a blustery fort produced a nice encounter with a cooperative yellow-billed cuckoo who sat while I fumed over not bringing my camera!#%&# Also 5 hermit thrushes around and about, and a whole mess of butterbutts as well as small flocks of juncos.
