[Maine-birds] emails going to spam

July 9 - I think this has been discussed here before. My mainebirds@googlegroups.com emails were going to spam. I went through the process to indicate that these emails are not spam. I thought I had solved the problem. and have been getting some emails but discovered today that many are still going to spam.This time I went to spam, clicked the boxes of bird emails and checked the box above "Not Spam." I am not good with technology. Any suggestions?
