Can someone please tell me where in the world is Carmen Santiago, I mean the Stellar's Sea Eagle?? I was really thinking it may drift down in Maine again. I've been tracking its progress thru Canada on eBird and it looked like it was possible. But it's gone eBird dark and I really, really am soooo curious..
