[Maine-birds] Walsh Preserve (Cousin’s River Marsh)

Those not familiar with the area would appreciate someone familiar with this preserve to note the details needed to visit the area.

Such as:

Where is the access?

Where would we park while visiting.

Where the birds on the postings are being seen in the preserve.

Any other helpful hints such as the condition of trails? 

Would the footing be a challenge for those of us that are not as agile as we used to be!   🙄

Are they grassy so we would be advised to tuck in and/or wear boots if the morning dew is heavy.

Any other info that would make a visit to the area more enjoyable.
