Dave, and others who have asked.
Sanford sewer promotes their place for bird watchers and walkers,
and photographers. They are jealous when other places get rare birds and
they do not have one.
When you get there for the first time there is a release form to sign, only
once in your life. Each time you come afterwards you sign into the visitor
register.
If you take pictures they like it if you share them with them.
Do not drive around the dikes, stay out of the ponds as you might sink
out of sight.
Try not to come near closing time, they like most people want to go home
when their shift is over.
