[Maine-birds] NORTHERN LAPWING continues, Cape Elizabeth

Hi all,
Since I haven't seen any posts since dawn, I thought I should mention that the lapwing continues at Jordan Farm on Wells Rd as of noon.

Kristen Lindquist, Barb Brenneman, and I arrived a short while ago, joining many others who report the bird has been in view all am. From the farm stand, walk across the street an view from the edge of the gravel lot. Look down the field, towards the marsh. At the moment, it is in the corner of the short light brown stubble.

And let me reiterate, if you would allow me, how important it is to respect the private property here.

Thanks for understanding, and good luck!

-Derek
