[Maine-birds] observation deck in Scarborough

I took a walk out to the observation deck on the edge of the Scarborough Marsh off the Industrial Park rd. and was rewarded by seeing a Bald Eagle circling overhead, and after that an American Kestrel came and perched on the top deck. There were also some ducks on the pond but they flew off to quickly as I approached.
