While doing my volunteer rounds this morning at Sunkhaze Meadows National Wildlife Refuge I saw two different American woodcocks.
I saw a third off the refuge an hour or so later. Also, an eastern phoebe and several killdeer. One beautiful morning to shake off the winter blues!
