[Maine-birds] Sweet Water Salt Marsh - Brunswick

This long, narrow, salt marsh is off the Old State Rd between Bath and Brunswick. It's 100 yards West of New Meadows Marina; 100 Yards East of Sweet Water Day Spa. You (like me) have probably driven past it 100 times, taken a quick look, and kept right on going. Today I stopped, set-up my scope and checked the few small marsh-surface pools that are close to the road. I quickly counted 2 GYLegs, 6 LYLegs, 1 Spotted Sand, 1 Solitary Sand, 8 Least Sands and 1 Snowy Egret.

If you're passing by, you might take a look. It's the kind of little hole where something unusual might show up someday. There's room to pull off without driving into the marsh itself.
