Snowy Owl spotted at Bug Light park in South Portland at 3:05 pm this afternoon (24SEP2015) during snowstorm. Perched on telephone pole left side of parking lot leading to public boat ramp. Remained perched for approx. 30 minutes before flying off SE towards Cushing Island.
