I'd appreciate any updates--positive or not--on searches/sightings of the Little Egret. I have a birding friend from NJ arriving Tuesday afternoon hoping to tick it as he nears 800 ABA-area birds.
We looked this afternoon at the North Meadow about 17:00-18:00. The best I can say is that we briefly saw two Egretta egrets side by side in poor light with one slightly larger than the other.
