[Maine-birds] Pittston: Cattle Egret...

Hi all,

This morning Zeke Smith reported a Cattle Egret along Rt. 27 in Pittston. I was able to relocate the bird in a fenced-in farm field on the north side of Crocker Road (GPS location of bird 44.140694, -69.743710). There were cows in a nearby corral.

This area is private property, but I had no trouble seeing the bird from the road. A local resident I spoke with said the bird (he thought there may be more than one) has been around for a while.

Wildly,
Josh
