[Maine-birds] rules for birding at the Cliff house

Hello,

We found out this week that there is limited area for  birding at the cliff house, Address: 591 Shore Rd, Cape Neddick, ME 03902,,
The man that came out to talk to us in charge of the financial department for the Cliff House.
PARKING: There are like 3 levels of parking on the left as you come in, you should park in the upper two levels, the lowest is the for the construction Co.

From the parking lot walk toward the ocean and you will notice a green fence.  Walk to the right or south side of  the fence.
About one half  way down the building is a door on your right for you to enter.  Walk through the wide hallway straight ahead to the other side which opens into the south side of the building. Walk past the hot tubs  down to the fence.

Please  do not go over the fence.  You views of the ocean will be toward the south and east. You can not see toward the northeast or north at all very well.

Please stay outside of the green fence as that is where the construction is going on.

Enjoy Birding.
