I've got the name and address (Thanks!) and the shirt is in the queue to be printed and shipped.  I don't have the option to add a card on my end, but I could ship the shirt to someone else's address and y'all could include whatever you wanted from there....  Let me know ASAP, as the machines have already been set in motion!
