I think Brad Woodward's Tundra Swan may be a Trumpeter Swan. Not 100% sure and have no size comparisons, but this is a mostly white swan with dark bill (no yellow on lores but not all Tundras have yellow). Also has rufous on the head which extends down the neck which is line with some Trumpeters. Not sure if that is just a result of staining though.
Still being seen now at 12:53 behind the Pelreco Building at the Scarborough Marsh.
