Re: [Maine-birds] Bluebirds - FOY?

"The bluebird carries the sky on his back." Thank you Paul Wells for reminding me of this quote. My bluebirds stayed all winter even up here in Central Maine (Sidney) this year—at least four, though I'm not sure if they all survived. Am seeing two regularly now. They have been roosting in our nestboxes, which now need cleaning out for actual nesting. I never catch the sneaky buggers emerging in the morning, but I have evidence they've been there :)
