So i'm driving west on Brighton Avenue in Portland this morning doing errands and right about where Capisic Pond can be found I see this huge thing soaring overhead. Pull over to get a better look and it's a gorgeous adult bald eagle! Certainly not my first baldie, but I think it is the first one I've seen soaring over the city of Portland. Nice way to start the day! --
