[Maine-birds] Perfect Drizzle at Scarborough Marsh

At mid-day today there was a fine drizzle as I birded Eastern Road, perfect for keeping cyclists and joggers away from their healthy pursuits. leaving the paths and bushes full of active birds. Highlights included a Lincoln's sparrow at the car park, very active Kingfishers, one of which attacked a cormorant, a peregrine falcon perched in a dead tree being buzzed by an immature harrier, and a lesser black-backed gull hanging out with the herring gulls at high tide. For sheer numbers, there were large numbers of yellow-rumps, savannah sparrows and starlings.
