Weather:
The count started on time this morning with limited visibility due to fog.
By 9:15 the fog bank had enveloped the mountain, shutting down the count
until 12:30. By 1:30, rain had moved in and that ended the day. Winds were
gusty out of the south and southwest with temperatures in the low 50s.

Raptor Observations:
The local flock of 9 Turkey Vultures were the only raptors out and about,
with the exception of the lone Sharp-shinned Hawk migrant.

Non-raptor Observations:
No other migrants were counted. 13 species were observed from the summit.

Predictions:
A strong NW wind in the morning is expected to abate during the afternoon.
Skies will be mostly sunny, but temperatures may struggle to get into the
40s. Once the winds calm down, there could be a nice flight of birds moving
behind today's rain.
